Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, coordinating staff and vendors to ensure safe, well-maintained properties. The role requires daily onsite presence and strong focus on resident satisfaction and safety.

You will manage work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance while staying within budget, training staff, and supporting the Community Manager in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and services.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and fix issues.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff under Community Manager guidance.
• Provide timely service request records and OSHA/EPA compliance documentation.
• Assist with upkeep of offices, common areas, and model units.
