Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all on-site maintenance operations across communities. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff coordination to keep properties in excellent condition.

You will work with the Community Manager to ensure safety standards, quality repairs, and responsive resident service while supervising staff, coordinating vendors, and maintaining records across properties.

Qualifications

• Maintenance coordination and team supervision.
• OSHA and safety compliance knowledge.
• Strong communication with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance; promote safe work practices.
• Assist with budgeting and procurement of maintenance supplies.
