Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all community maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, staff supervision, and safety compliance. The role involves coordinating with the Community Manager and vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of common areas and units.

Strong focus on safety, OSHA guidelines, and Fair Housing knowledge; on-site attendance required, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise maintenance activities to ensure property upkeep and safety.
• On-site staff supervision and vendor coordination to meet maintenance goals.
• Respond to resident/service requests and manage work orders efficiently.
• Perform daily inspections to identify hazards and ensure safe property conditions.
• Maintain records of service requests, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
