Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure safe, high-quality living spaces.

Under the Community Manager, you’ll supervise staff, monitor budgets and records, enforce OSHA safety guidelines, and maintain the property to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations of the community.
• Coordinate, schedule and respond to resident/management requests.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and budget adherence.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors under Community Manager.
