Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our communities. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, staff scheduling, and vendor coordination to keep properties in top condition.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, strong safety practices, and the ability to respond to emergencies during on-call hours. You will also manage records, stay within budget, and uphold quality and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must understand on-site software functions and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise staff and coordinate vendors; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget.
• Respond to resident/management requests and on-call emergencies.
• Document work orders and inspections daily.
