Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations across communities. The role collaborates with the Community Manager to supervise staff, manage vendors, and ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance. Strong focus on safety, OSHA guidelines, and cost-effective resource management.

The position emphasizes daily on-site presence, coordination of work orders, and proactive inspections to maintain property quality and resident satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance Management
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs
• Maintain a well-organized maintenance shop adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Participate in unit inspections as requested
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically
• Give direction to and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality and expediency
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance activities for staff
• Check work progress daily and provide immediate assistance when needed
