Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our community, align with the Community Manager, and supervise staff and vendors. You will handle service requests, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and resident service excellence.

The role requires EPA/CPO certification, HVAC experience preferred, and basic computer skills to use on-site software. Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management of the community operations.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program to extend life and minimize repairs.
• Provide direction to and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities.
