Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for the community, coordinating service requests, preventative tasks, and vendor activities. The role partners with the Community Manager to ensure safety, quality workmanship, and efficient unit make-readies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining records while meeting OSHA and EPA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of maintenance staff and work orders.
• Regular inspection of grounds, buildings, and community features.
• Manage maintenance supplies and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Plan for efficient use of property resources and coordinate with vendors.
