Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor coordination. The role works with the Community Manager to supervise staff and ensure timely, high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance records, inspecting facilities daily, and participating in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and regular on-site attendance required.
• Coordinate, supervise, and respond to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to ensure safety and compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure adherence to budget and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of service requests, preventive maintenance, and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
