Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our community, coordinating staff and vendors to deliver timely repairs and preventative maintenance. The role focuses on safety, inspections, and customer service, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and supervise assigned staff and vendors.
• Coordinate service requests, preventative maintenance, and inspections.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units are completed on schedule.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazardous conditions and reduce liability.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance across the team.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and coordinate with the Community Manager as needed.
• Provide input on employee performance and ensure ongoing training and development.
• Document service requests, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance.
