Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our community, ensuring timely repairs, safety, and compliance.

You will supervise staff and vendors, manage preventive maintenance, inspections, and on-call emergencies, while coordinating with the Community Manager to sustain property value and resident satisfaction. Daily rounds, budget adherence, inventory control, and accurate recordkeeping are required to keep facilities running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for safety and condition
• Maintain inventory and budget for maintenance supplies
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program
• Promote safety and OSHA guidelines
• Coordinate with Community Manager and vendors
• Participate in unit inspections as requested
• Provide on-call emergency support

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance staff and contractors to complete repairs and make-readies efficiently
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and safety trainings
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies within budget
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and safety compliance
• Support on-call rotations and emergency response at the community
