Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards are met. You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and inventory while collaborating with the Community Manager.

This full-time on-site role requires knowledge of building systems, OSHA guidelines, and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance operations in multifamily communities.
• Ability to manage service requests and prioritize work orders.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff across the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards and repairs.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Provide direction to maintenance teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
