Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations of the community, ensuring safety, quality, and timely service. You will work alongside the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, manage service requests, and uphold property standards across units and common areas.

Daily duties include inspections, preventive maintenance planning, inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain all maintenance operations of the community per procedures.
• Coordinate and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards and condition.
• Manage inventory and order maintenance supplies within budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
