Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across communities. You will coordinate routine repairs, inspect facilities, and ensure timely completion of service requests while maintaining safety standards.

This role requires on-site presence, strong leadership, and the ability to manage maintenance staff, vendors, and budgets effectively in a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise maintenance tasks for the community and units.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to ensure safety and compliance.

Education
