Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. The role requires coordinating with the Community Manager and vendors to ensure timely repairs and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance management and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, buildings and common areas daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety compliance (OSHA) and budget adherence.
• Assist with emergency on-call at the community and provide leadership to staff.
