Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a community, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff management. The role requires daily on-site presence and collaboration with the Community Manager.

The position emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, and customer service to residents. Candidates should have a high school diploma, EPA/CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and coordination of daily service requests and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and systems to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and procure supplies within budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond to incidents as needed.
