Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance, make-ready, and daily on-site operations under supervision. This role focuses on keeping common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained, supporting residents and the management team.

You will manage grounds, pool maintenance, and timely service requests while adhering to safety standards and corporate policies. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventive, and routine maintenance.
• Assist in make-ready processes and property inspections.
• Respond to resident requests and service orders promptly.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and pool safety logs.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
