Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in daily maintenance tasks at our community. You will support corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Regular on-site attendance, safety awareness, and a focus on resident satisfaction are essential. Responsibilities include grounds and common area upkeep, responding to work orders, and assisting in the make-ready process to meet property objectives.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate onsite software.
• Experience not required beyond on-site processes and safety.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and keep an organized shop and inventory.
• Support on-call emergencies and contribute to a positive resident experience.
