Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in the maintenance of our community properties. The role includes routine and cosmetic maintenance, on-site cleaning, and responsiveness to resident requests under supervision.

You will help maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas while adhering to safety and OSHA guidelines. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Perform on-site cleaning, grounds, and common area upkeep with attention to safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly to maintain property standards.
• Support maintenance supervisor with unit inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relations with residents and management.
