Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at our residential properties. The Porter will assist in carrying out corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Strong attention to detail and timely teamwork are essential. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and make-ready tasks across grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and customer/resident relations.
