Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across the property. You will support corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met under supervision.

The role requires regular on-site presence and responsiveness to resident needs. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community areas and perform routine maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in carrying out preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in daily tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the property.
