Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes at our communities. You will perform routine, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep of grounds and facilities. The role emphasizes on-site presence and resident relations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-call emergencies and safety adherence are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and on-site attendance required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Assist in safety and OSHA compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage service requests.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community.
