Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support the property's maintenance and care. The Porter will assist in maintenance tasks, make-ready units, cleaning, and coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily duties include responding to work orders, ensuring safety, maintaining pool chemical logs, and supporting resident relations. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required on-site.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and make-ready processes for units and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines during maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain pool area with proper chemical logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the community.
