Job summary

Asset Living Porter position at a Georgia property is responsible for maintenance of grounds and facilities, ensuring clean and safe common areas, and supporting the on-site team. You will respond to resident requests, assist in make-ready tasks, and help implement preventative maintenance under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and awareness of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Must understand and follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance: perform cleaning, grounds, and general maintenance of common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and safety programs to extend asset life.
• Participate in unit inspections and on-call emergencies at the community.
• Maintain an organized maintenance shop and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
