Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to join our on-site maintenance team. You will assist in daily maintenance, cleaning, trash removal, and make-ready tasks to keep communities performing at a high standard.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, inspecting grounds, supporting preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance under supervision. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Asset Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to perform onsite software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs as directed.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in daily tasks and safety procedures.
• Be available for on-call property emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
