Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team across multiple apartment communities. This onsite role partners with Community and Property Managers to deliver high-quality upkeep, safety, and resident satisfaction.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, financial reporting, and capital improvements, with a starting pay aligned to experience. A 100% rent discount is offered for eligible onsite housing.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance management across large complexes.
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, appliances, boiler and HVAC/PTAC.
• 3+ years leading a service team and mentoring staff.
• Budget oversight, cost control, and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of applicable housing laws and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to meet property objectives while adhering to standards.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance and report status regularly.
• Oversee safety, resident requests, and condition of market-ready units.
• Collaborate with Community/Property Managers on budgets and improvements.
