Vivmark Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead a service team across a 450+ unit portfolio. You will perform and oversee plumbing, electrical, appliance, boiler and HVAC tasks, manage budgets, and drive property standards on site.

This role requires weekend availability and after-hours emergency readiness. Based onsite, you will collaborate with the Community Manager on capital improvements, ensure timely resident service responses, and mentor staff to achieve operational

Competenze

• Minimum of three years of leading and managing a service team (mentoring, coaching, training, development).
• Residential maintenance management experience handling over 450 units.
• Extensive hands-on maintenance in plumbing, electrical, appliances, boiler and HVAC/PTAC.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Ability to work weekends and respond to emergencies after hours.
