Job summary

Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across communities, driving quality and efficiency. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and major appliances, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering luxury living experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in apartment maintenance, strong team leadership, and on-call availability with fast response times.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and system basics including boilers and chillers.
• Strong electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills for property maintenance.
• Experience with major appliances, safety systems, and building components.
• Leadership experience supervising maintenance staff and coaching teammates.
• Comfort with on-call duties and timely response requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and preventive maintenance for one or more communities.
• Ensure compliance with Vivmark standards and applicable laws.
• Inspect properties during visits and coordinate with on-site supervisor.
• Maintain documentation of time, work performed, and performance metrics.
