Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team and ensure service quality across properties. You will partner with Community and Property Managers, oversee repairs, scheduling, and compliance with standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, a valid driver's license, EPA 608 certification if required, and willingness to work weekends and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Strong communication and written skills in English.
• Ability to work weekends and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Community Manager to achieve property objectives.
• Ensure team adherence to Equity standards and safety.
• Perform maintenance tasks and prepare market-ready apartments.
• Analyze property data and recommend financial improvements.
• Oversee capital improvements and inventory control.
