Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a field team in maintaining 250+ units across urban markets. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and drive efficiency while delivering safe, comfortable living spaces.

The role requires hands-on trade skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC/PTAC, and boiler work, plus 3+ years of supervisory experience and budgeting oversight.

Formación

• Residential apartment service management experience.
• Hands-on maintenance in plumbing, electrical, appliances, boiler and HVAC/PTAC.
• Minimum 3 years leading a service team with budgeting oversight.
• Knowledge of federal/state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Community Manager to achieve property objectives.
• Lead a team and ensure adherence to Equity standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and prepare market-ready units.
• Provide financial reporting and budget oversight.
• Assist with capital improvements and inventory control.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
