Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team across our properties. You will ensure adherence to standards, supervise maintenance tasks, and support financial and operational objectives.

This role requires strong hands-on skills and the ability to respond to emergencies after hours. The position offers hourly pay in a competitive benefits package, including health coverage and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws is required.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification must be obtained within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Community and Property Manager to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure adherence to Equity standards and assist with tasks as needed.
• Analyze financial performance of the property and manage scheduled maintenance.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and oversee inventory control.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends when on call.
