You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, prepare vacant units, and assist with grounds and safety inspections.

The role emphasizes courteous resident interaction, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with on-call hours and a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends.

Qualifications
