Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready work and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include resident service, common area upkeep, pool maintenance, and records management. Strong basics in OSH and Fair Housing are required. On-call duties and safety compliance are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Community maintenance and perform repairs in common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and maintenance needs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of community.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and OSHA guidelines are observed.
• Assist with make-ready status, inventory, and record-keeping.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional resident relations.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
