Capital Square Living is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Specialist for Colony at Center Pointe in Midlothian, VA. The role focuses on maintaining buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards.

You will handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit preparations for leasing, while ensuring safety policies and codes are followed and residents are assisted professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with safety standards and codes.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Procure supplies, inspect work, and maintain grounds and amenities.
• Assist with inspections to identify safety and risk concerns.
• Address resident questions courteously and resolve problems quickly.
• Communicate property needs to management to keep it in good repair.
