Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance processes of our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. You will support make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, ensuring safety and quality across all community areas.

The role requires regular on-site presence, ability to respond to work orders promptly, and collaboration with the team to uphold property

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, preventative maintenance, and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
