Job summary

J Street Property Services is seeking a Maintenance Support to keep our residential communities clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll work with the Service Team to prepare apartments, maintain common areas, and enhance curb appeal across grounds, amenities, and leasing spaces.

You’ll perform light maintenance, cleaning, painting, caulking, and turnover support while following safety procedures and company policies to protect residents and property. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, porter, or property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and basic maintenance tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, attractive community grounds through trash pickup, sweeping, and curb-appeal work.
• Keep leasing office, clubhouse, and common areas neat and presentable.
• Assist with apartment turns and turnover preparation, including light maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or needed repairs promptly.
