Capital Square Living seeks a Service (Maintenance) Specialist for The Village at Westland Cove in Knoxville, TN. The role maintains buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit preparation for leasing. A customer-service mindset and team spirit are essential for success in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to identify and fix problems.
• Excellent organizational and customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Takes on assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Repairs according to safety standards and code requirements.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Procures supplies and inspects completed work.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, and performs cleaning tasks.
• Pressure-washes walkways and pool areas, and paints curbs/signage as needed.
• Conducts routine inspections to identify safety concerns.
• Responds professionally to questions and resident requests.
• Communicates property needs to management.
