Capital Square Living is seeking a Service Manager to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will manage and complete work orders, supervise make-ready processes for new move-ins, and uphold maintenance policies and budgets.

The role reports to the Community Manager and requires strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills to maintain

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated ability to apply logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication; respond to residents and team queries.

Responsabilidades

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and making repairs per safety standards.
• Oversees and completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, scheduling vendors, and inspecting work.
• Develops cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, amenities, and buildings to reflect CS Living quality standards.
• Inspects work by service team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with policies.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and coordinates supplies with the Community Manager within budget.
• Performs monthly preventative maintenance procedures and supports cost-control programs.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing questions and residents' concerns with efficiency.
