Job summary

Capital Square Living in Commerce, GA is seeking a Service Manager to oversee and perform maintenance across the community to meet CS Living standards for cleanliness, safety, and usability. You will address work orders, supervise make-ready processes, and ensure high-quality common areas.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you will maintain tools and inventory, inspect contractor work, and support cost-control programs while delivering professional resident service with urgency and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Proficient use of internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Sets standards for cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspects work by team members and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates supplies within budget.
• Completes monthly preventative maintenance per policy.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when possible.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and responsive communication.
