Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and business partner inquiries via phone and email.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
• Investigate issues, identify solutions, and communicate updates clearly.
• Monitor delivery routes and track delivery progress.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.
• Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.
