Job summary

Lanter Delivery Systems, LLC in Roanoke, TX is seeking a customer service representative to answer calls and emails, assist drivers and carrier partners, and support the team with administrative duties. This on-site role requires Monday–Friday hours with occasional Saturdays, and offers opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Proficient with MS Office programs and CRM tools.
• Experience handling inquiries from customers, carriers and drivers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails, responding to customers, carrier partners, and drivers.
• Provide front line support and resolve inquiries within approved timeframes.
• Document interactions in Dynamics CRM for accurate reporting.
• Communicate proactively about service delays to dealers daily.
• Maintain timely case follow-ups and manage Outlook inbox.
