Job summary

CJ Logistics Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact at the Welcome Center or Customer Service Office. You will manage inquiries, schedules, paperwork, and support shipping and receiving in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of related work experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Communicate appointment schedules, status updates, and issue resolutions to customers and team members.
Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel for seamless dock and yard activities.
Process and maintain accurate inbound and outbound schedules using WMS and standard office software.
Prepare and verify all required shipping and receiving documents, ensuring paperwork is error-free.
