ER Associates, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bessemer, AL to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced delivery environment. You’ll help keep deliveries on track, resolve concerns, and coordinate order changes while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related customer service experience.
• Previous call center experience.
• Experience in delivery, transportation, or logistics.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide effective solutions.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor delivery routes and progress.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and business partners.
