Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide on-site, full‑service tax preparation and expert tax advice for in‑person and virtual clients while representing Intuit’s trusted brand.

As part of a broader team, you will coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning specialists to deliver an end‑to‑end client experience and grow TurboTax’s local client base through

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attourney with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
Willing to upskill to additional services with training.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location; 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex scenarios.
Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists for end-to-end service.
Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized guidance.
