Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while actively growing your local client base and promoting Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

You’ll partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions and a superior customer experience in a collaborative, on-site role.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns annually with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from basic to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, driving outreach and client growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit video tools; handle inquiries and tax challenges.
