Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, building ongoing client relationships in your community.

You’ll work closely with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services, participate in local outreach, and help drive growth while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be comfortable with training and up-skilling; uniforms required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
