Intuit Careers seeks talented TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax preparation and personalized client support at our local office locations across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses optimize their tax outcomes while growing a local client base through community engagement.

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience and strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Drive local growth as a community ambassador, pursuing prospects through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term client relationships and convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences using TurboTax tools and resources.
