Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide comprehensive tax preparation and expert guidance for individuals and small businesses at local TurboTax locations. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

Role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering personalized service, and leveraging marketing tools to grow both your business and Intuit’s presence in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours per week.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training and development; cross-training of other products or offerings; professional development.
• Willingness to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising with your name/picture.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; content creation aligned with policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a local growth driver, identifying prospects through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Lead local events such as financial literacy workshops and networking gatherings with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address broader needs.
