Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build relationships, and promote the full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

The role emphasizes community engagement and local growth. You will operate onsite with flexible hours, 20+ hours weekly, and participate in training to expand

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN active required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
