Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will guide clients through personal and business tax situations, ensuring accuracy and educating them on available Intuit solutions.

You will also drive community engagement and grow the local client base with marketing support. You will work in-person and with virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver comprehensive services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building long-term relationships.
